Tell us what needs doing. For smaller repairs, a few pictures by text or email is often enough for a number.

We walk the space, take measurements, talk through options and write up a fixed project price.

Walkthrough and payment
We walk the finished work together. Payment is due at completion — no net-30 games, no surprise line items.

What kind of services do you provide?
We perform home improvement, remodeling, restoration, handyman and emergency services. We are your one-stop shop for all things repair, demo and construction.
Are you an insured business?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and we are bonded.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We offer free estimates in the form of an on-site consultation to discuss your vision and review the specifics of the work. We take any needed measurements and review where the work will be performed. We can also give estimates over email, text and phone — we usually ask for pictures in those cases.
Do you charge by the job or by the hour?
We charge by project, not by the hour. Charging by the project is more advantageous for the customer: any project that goes beyond our estimated completion time is not chargeable to you.
Do I pay for materials on my repair or project?
We include materials in our estimates. We prefer to purchase them so we know we have the accurate amount and the correct part. Repair jobs sometimes require multiple parts due to incompatibility with older existing parts.
