Team work was impressive and also appreciated the particular care of adding a doorbell and hardware. I look forward to a future project with LCGC.

We perform Home Improvement, Remodeling, Restoration, Handyman and Emergency Services. We are your one-stop shop for all things Repair, Demo and Construction.
Yes. We carry General liability insurance and our bonded.
Yes, we offer free estimates in the form of a on-site consultation to discuss your vision and review the specifics of what will need to be performed. We also take any needed measurements and review the location of where work will be performed. We also can give estimates over email, texts and phone. We usually ask for pictures in those circumstances.
We charge by project and not by the hour. Charging by the project is more advantageous for the customer, as any projects that go beyond our estimated completion time are not chargeable to the customer.
We include materials in our estimates. We prefer to purchase them to be sure we have the accurate amount and the correct part. Sometimes, repair jobs require multiple parts due to incompatibility with existing older parts.
A deposit of up to 33% may be required prior to work commencing. Exclusions apply. Our written estimates will state if a deposit is required. We are here to answer any questions before or during your repair or project.
We ask for payment upon completion of the work. We accept multiple payment methods. Some projects will be billed as they progress. We do not offer payment plans or net 30-45 day invoices.
We are open six (6) days a week but will make accommodations for customers and clients as needed. We are closed all major holidays and any work or consultations on those days will be by appointment or prior made arrangements.
No, we welcome all job types and sizes. Our goal is to create long term relationships with people, a partnership in their home maintenance and improvement journey.
We work with you on those larger projects and products. Our estimates for remodeling or rehab projects include those items with samples provided. We consult and work with customers if the samples we provide do not match their taste or if their preferences go beyond the allowance. We discuss these scenarios as part of our on-site consultation and project preparation. We also communicate as the project progresses to keep you updated.
That depends upon the job type and your comfort level. If we are expected to be there for only a day, we prefer that someone is home and over 18. If the work is to be over multiple days or weeks, you do not have to be home throughout the entire project. Our goal is to limit any inconvenience and disruption to your schedule. We will discuss access and any needed circumstances prior to your project starting and through to completion.
We're glad to partner with small and mid-size businesses
